What is your return policy?

Due to sanitary reasons, we are unable to grant any refunds. If there is an issue with the product that you have received please contact us at ohlezzante@yahoo.com

Shipping

Your product will be packaged and shipped within 3-4 days. Post carriers take 2-5 days to deliver your products from the day we ship. Tracking numbers will be sent to you when shipping label is created.

Are Ohlezzante products safe to use on children?

Yes! All of our products are safe for children. All of our products are organic and made with natural oils and butters.

How do you make sure products are of the best quality for your clients?

To ensure quality to our clients we only use vegan and animal cruelty free products, make everything ourselves. I myself test every product ensuring the best for my customers.
